The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views. The owners were the kindest people we've ever met and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The free breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit. Our laundry was done quickly and the results were excellent. The lake view room was worth it, and we enjoyed fishing right from our deck. We also loved the shared kitchen and the small pool for cooling off. Highly recommended!
Totally recommend this hotel.

The bathrooms at Bueng Pai Farm are amazing! They have showers that make you feel like you're in a rainforest. Plus, they give complimentary toiletries which is super convenient. As a business traveler, I appreciate having a refreshing and well-equipped bathroom to unwind after a long day.
Personally, I found the in-room WiFi a bit spotty. It's just my opinion though, as others might still enjoy the free connectivity.

The stunning limestone formations and hidden chambers made it a thrilling adventure for both children and adults. After an action-packed day, we were able to relax and surf the web in the cozy communal area, which had reliable and fast Wi-Fi. The kids were in awe as they shared their cave exploration photos and videos with our friends back home. It was the perfect blend of outdoor excitement and modern connectivity!
For dads, it would be great if the farm offered organized outdoor activities specifically catered to families with children.

The location of this farm is really convenient, just a short drive from the town. The surroundings are beautiful, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with good temperature control and thick duvets for the cold nights. The shared kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, and there is free filtered water available. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist guests.
The noise in the mornings from the ducks and birds can be quite bothersome, especially if you are a light sleeper. It would be helpful to have better soundproofing in the rooms or to provide earplugs for guests.

the location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful greenery, offering stunning views. I highly recommend getting a room with a lake view for added relaxation. the owners of the villa were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit. We also enjoyed the reasonably priced eggs, coffee, and juice. the laundry service was efficient and well-done. Despite being by the lake, we didn't encounter any issues with insects as long as we used repellent. We enjoyed walking into town on some nights, but renting scooters from the villa was a great way to explore the area, especially for those wanting to learn in Pai. Cons: Don't have any issues at all. 😊.
